BSPatch instructions

I am providing a way for people to patch all large files that have changed, so they won't have to download whole large files all over again. Users with slower connections should appreciate this.

the main 3 things you must do to install a bspatch:

1> you download a bspatch zip file
2> extract the zip file to your hak dir
3> run patchhak.bat (the rest is automated)

first it verifys the files about to be patched so it will know if this patch is the right one for you.
next wait while it patches your old file(s). (rough estimate: it will take 2 minutes to patch a 200mb file)
after it finishes, the new patched files will be checked to verify that they are correct and not corrupt.
if fsum says any files FAILED or anything else questionable happens then ask us for help.

> your old files will be renamed like so: *-old.hak. If the patch was successful you can delete them.
